Return and Exchange Policy:

TSC Shops would like you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange or return the item(s), please e-mail us the order # or your zip code and we can e-mail you the return instructions. Please note that we'll need to receive your exchange or return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

Different websites and products have different return policies. Please check the website that you are purchasing from for the detail of the return policy.

As soon as we receive your return, we'll credit the original credit card used. If you'd rather replace or exchange for a different item, it's considered a new order and your original credit card will be charged.

For credit card or PayPal™ purchases, your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method. For check or money order purchases, a refund check will be sent to you. If you are returning a gift, the recipient may receive in-store credit or the gift giver may receive a refund to original payment method.
