Holiday Return Policy

To ensure your holiday gifts get up and running, is offering extended holiday return policy for orders made between Nov. 1, 2012 and Dec. 15, 2012 to be returnable until Jan. 15, 2013.

All items are eligible for the Holiday return policy with the below exceptions:

Exchanges: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges; please request the return to be for exchange when requesting the RMA number, then place another order. We will automatically waive the restocking fee upon receiving the returned item(s). Tip: Please do not throw away your original boxes and parts.

Damages & Defects: Please inform all damages & defects within 15 days (5 days for handcrafted model ships and decor) from the receiving date (For Freight and LTL - Please inspect the package upon delivery before the driver leaves. Please mark all damages on the bill of lading before signing it off. By signing off the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition). For all damaged items caused by shipping, we will claim with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Please provide us a simple picture of the package received and we will take care of it from there. Please be sure to keep the original packaging boxes (this is the proof that the package was damaged) so that the shipping carrier can come and inspect them. Losing the original packaging boxes may be denied for damage claim. Any physical damage caused by mis-handling or abused shall void the warranty. For defects, please provide us a simple picture of what you've received and we will take care of it from there. Due to different computer settings and resolutions that the customer has, the color or finish may not be exactly as the customer has seen. This does not indicate the item as defective, please feel free to contact us if the you wish to see the exact color or finish of the product.

To qualify for return: The item has to be unopened/unused.

For Refunds:

  • There shall be a 15% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise.
  • Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable if the merchandise is not defective.
  • Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. For free shipping items, the original shipping charges will be applied to the refund when the merchandise is returned.
  • All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 10 days of the RMA number issue date. All original manuals and accessories should be included.
  • Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.

Category Exceptions:

  • All ride on toys are covered by manufacturer's warranty only.
  • Handcrafted model ships and nautical decor are not returnable.
  • R/C Toys are not refundable once they are used or without original packaging.
  • Wall decals are non-returnable.
  • Puppets must be returned in perfect, new condition, in original packaging, with all original tags
  • Halloween items are not returnable after Oct. 30th.
  • Christmas items are not returnable after Dec 24th.
  • Customized items such as Barstools, canes, and etc. are not returnable.
  • Vaccines are not returnable.
  • Sanitary items such as wire break detectors, beds, carriers, feeders & waterers, litter boxes, kittywalk systems, dog collars, and clothings that have pet hair or pet scents are not returnable. Examples are apparel, swim vests, life jackets, cooling beds, Pet Loo and etc. In order for these items to be returned; they have to be unopened, with the original tags still attached, and no sign of being used.
  • Aquarium light fixtures, telephone batteries, and treadmills are not returnable.
  • Any physical damages of items caused by mis-handling or abused

Item Exceptions:

Items with the below manfacturer name or item #s are excluded from the holiday return policy. Many will have standard 30 day return policy and some are not returnable.

If you are qualified for credit, repair, or exchanges. You will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number for all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange. Please send a e-mail to to obtain a RMA number for credit, repair, or exchanges.

  • Reason for returning the merchandise.
  • Exchange or refund
